If you would like to return an item, you have 14 business days from the date of purchase to send it back to us. If 14 business days have passed since your purchase was made, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

In order to return an item/ items to us, send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your name, the item you would like to return, alongside the order number. Following this, we will aim to get in touch within 24 hours. We will then instruct you to return the item(s) back to us as soon as possible. The return request will either be approved or rejected based on the above conditions. Once your return has been approved, we will let you know by email.
Please do not forget to keep proof of postage or a tracking number, as we will require this information should there be any issues with your return.
We aim to process all returns within 14 days, however please note this could take up to 28 days. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email and will be notified along the way.
