  • How does it work?
    Chose the competitions you wish to enter. Chose the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Answer the knowledge based qualifying question. If you answered correctly you are entered into the competition and issued with a ticket number/numbers. Then sit back, relax, and wait for the live draw on our Facebook page!
  • How many times can I enter?
    Account holders can enter as many times as they would like up to the max entry numbers per person detailed on each competition.
  • How many accounts can I have?
    Only one account per person or per email address please. Any additional accounts will be removed and any entries will not be counted but may still be charged. This is to make it is fair for everybody, we want give everyone a fair chance of winning.
  • When does the competition end?
    The closing date is listed on each competition. Competitions will close early if all tickets are sold.
  • When are the competitions drawn?
    Once each competition has sold out or has reached the closing date a draw date and time will be announced within 24hours of the competition closure and will be included in our next available draw date.
  • How is a winner chosen?
    Winners will be chosen LIVE on our Facebook page by using Google random number generator if your number is generated the prize is yours!
  • How do I Claim my prize?
    If you are one of our lucky winners there is no need to do anything apart from celebrate! We will contact winners after the draw via a phone call to inform you of your win, confirm your address and arrange delivery of your prize free of charge! If the competition is for a Getaway we will contact you to inform you of your win, confirm your details and email you all the relevant information regarding the competition you have won.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    There are two delivery options available, please see below: Standard UK Delivery: - Flat rate of £2.99 - 5 - 7 business days - Fully tracked and sent with Hermes ​ Express UK Delivery: - Flat rate of £4.99 - 1 - 2 business days - Fully tracked, and sent with Hermes Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
  • Is the delivery tracked?
    Yes, all of our items are sent out with Hermes and are fully trackable. Upon ordering your item(s), you will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
  • What is your returns policy?
    If you would like to return an item, you have 14 business days from the date of purchase to send it back to us. If 14 business days have passed since your purchase was made, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. ​ All returned items must be: - Unworn - In the same condition you received it in - In the same packaging you received it in - With the labels intact Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued back to you through your original method of payment. ​ Please note: this may take upto 28 days. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
  • How safe are my personal details?
    We maintain the highest standards when protecting your personal data and card information, we have passed all PCI Compliance with our Payment Gateways and banks to ensure all data is encrypted and safe from cyber attacks if they ever arise, so any attack globally our sites infrastructure will remotely block the attackers IP address.
  • What temperature should the printed clothing be washed up?
    All printed clothing should be washed inside out and at 30c
  • Can I use bleach or fabric conditioners and softeners?
    No, DO NOT use any of the above.
  • Can I tumble dry printed garments?
    No, please DO NOT tumble dry printed garments.
  • Can I iron printed garments?
    No, please DO NOT iron directly on to the print.
